Aureen Pinto Wagner, Ph.D. is a clinical child psychologist and director of The Anxiety Wellness Center in Cary, NC. She is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board, Pediatric Committee and Conference Planning Committee of the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation. She is also on the Conference Planning and Membership Committees of The Anxiety Disorders Association of America.
Dr. Wagner received her education at St. Agnes College, the University of Iowa, Yale University Child Study Center and Brown University. She was on the faculty of the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry in Rochester, NY, as Clinical Associate Professor of Neurology from 2003 to 2010, and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry (Psychology) from 1991.
Dr. Wagner is an international workshop presenter and the author of several books, including Worried No More: Help and Hope for Anxious Children, Up and Down the Worry Hill: A Children's Book about Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, What to do when your Child has Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Strategies and Solutions, and Treatment of OCD in Children and Adolescents: Professional's Kit.
