ABCT’s Social Network & Media Committee (SNMC) manages ABCT’s three social media platforms. Committee members post content relevant to ABCT, including research findings, news articles, Youtube videos, and even memes and infographics!

Our goals are to help ABCT members feel connected to each other throughout the year, and to provide our followers with interesting content related to CBT and mental health.
